"Great airport hotel "

"Very helpful,we experienced a delay in flights which caused us to have a layover in Germany the staff was kind and helpful in such a stressful situation. They helped with getting dinner when it was after ten pm as well as helping getting transportation to the airport at four am to the airport. Amazing customer service -fabulous experience "

"Very conveniently located next to the train station, lots of food and shop options around. Personnel were very nice and responsive. Room was very well equipped, with a fridge, stove, espresso coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes and cups, and even a dishwasher! It had a small sofa to relax and a table to have your meals. Bathroom was very clean and all working perfectly. Only three observations: the selection of TV channels, which are mostly aimed a German-European audience, and very little for others (CNN was listed but not working). No movies. the bed and pillows were not nice with on my back, and the AC was not working. However, overall a great choice, would stay again."
