"The only good thing about this hotel is its location. It’s perfectly situated close to all the major landmarks in the city, making sightseeing very convenient. However, the biggest issue is transportation. No vehicles are allowed in the area, so you have to walk at least 700–800 meters with your luggage. This was especially difficult in the extreme heat (44°C) and with a child. It was a very uncomfortable and exhausting experience. The room itself was extremely small—comparable to a matchbox. While the hotel does have an in-house restaurant, the food was just okay, nothing special. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for comfort or ease of access. It might suit solo travelers who are okay with walking and don’t mind compact rooms, but for families or anyone with mobility concerns, this place is not ideal."

HOTEL CAN ARRANGE GOOD TAXI CABS FOR VISITS TO SARNATH, PRAGYARAJ, AYODHYA ETC. WE STAYED IN 3 PERSON SUITE WHICH WAS VERY COMFORTABLE"

"It’s an AMAZING palace located in the best part of Varanasi, a 5 minute walks to the ceremony sight and right on the ghat. We only planed 1 day stay but wish we had stayed longer. The staff made us feel like family and helped us make it to everything!! Ravi and the chef were super nice and accommodated our preferences making our dinner and breakfast unforgettable!!"

"Excellent price for the package - if you’re doing a couple of days in Varanasi for sight-seeing, then the included breakfast, high tea and 2 pieces of laundry are very helpful. Frustratingly, the hotel has a “no outside food” policy, but the dining options are pretty reasonable, so it’s not too bad. You’re quite far from any of the tourist spots, so you’ll need to get autos/ taxis from the hotel every time. The overall standard of the hotel is high - much higher than I was expecting for the price. Recommended."
