Food was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful, although didn't speak much english. The only downside was the facility was a bit worn -stained carpets, peeling wallpaper, and musty smell

Izumigo, AMBIENT Azumino Cottage
Really spacious cabin, clean, friendly and extremely helpful staff. We encountered minor issue during our stay but was being dealt with immediately. We really love our cabin, the mountain view is gorgeous and it comes with full kitchen amenities.
