"Excellent apartment - very clean with a great view. Initially, there were problems checking in due to calendar synchronization issues between the host and Vrbo (Expedia). Due to the diligent and sustained efforts of one of Vrbo’s customer service professionals, it was sorted out. I would hesitate to use vacation rentals without triple checking with the host from now on. Hotels are much easier, IMHO."

"Loved our stay. It’s next to the largest mall Lulu mall and offers buggy service. The staff prateek( from utttarkhand) in the breakfast looked after us so well - incredible service and displayed Marriott hospitality- went out of the way to serve us. The pool was excellent and so well maintained and spa service is highly recommended- the gym trainer was excellent. Overall 5 stars. "

The room was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The food at both the restaurant and the bar was absolutely delicious, with great variety and quality. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!"

"The food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. I had some problems with the room. Lights were complicated and the shower was tiny. The best part of this hotel was the staff in the Indian Restaurant. They were a delight. I’ll be back in Kochi and may not stay there again but I would go and eat there anytime. "
