"Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd, martina had gezorgd voor een volle koelkast met lekkere dingen. Het huisje ligt vol met schoonmaakmiddelen, wasmiddel, wc&keuken papier, voldoende handdoeken. Uitzicht is echt prachtig. Het zwembad wordt 1keer in de week schoongemaakt . Communicatie gaat via whatsapp ideaal. Wij hebben genoten van de plek."

"Lovely villa in a little village, where you can hear the goats and chickens. The villa was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The owners live right next door and always on hand if we needed them , which we did a couple of times. Great location for exploring istra ."

"We visited this area for a friends wedding and decided to make it a family vacation by spending some more days. With this house we could have easily made it a week or longer. The property is well maintained with a modern kitchen and enough clean pots pans to cook a lunch or dinner. There is lots to do for families and if not in the mood for any of the activities in the area, a day at your own pool is wonderful. We loved pickkng cherries from the tree and playing table-tennis. "Lovely house with relaxing countryside views. I think it was recently redecorated and styled. Kitchen was beautiful. We worked remotely there for a while and WiFi was great. Looking to go back at the end of the summer. Food and wine around the around is amazing. Even truffles!"

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, sehr schön auch mit Kindern! Großer Garten zum spielen und bewegen. Den Pool kann man auch immer im Auge behalten wenn man draußen auf der Terrasse sitzt, was mir mit den Kindern wichtig war. Auch das kleine Wäldchen hinterm Haus ist sehr idyllisch, man kann wunderbaren Vogelgesang lauschen und entspannen. Wir wurden mit leckeren Kuchen von der Vermietern begrüßt, auch im Kühlschrank waren schon ein paar Kleinigkeiten, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben!...

"The house is absolutely gorgeous, and perfect for a family holiday. The pool is great to return to each day after a trip out to the various coves and towns that are well worth visiting. "Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, 4 Zimmer jeweils mit Bad, sehr netter Vermieter, sehr schöne Küche und auch der Außenbereich ist Top. Einkaufen in der Butiga in der Nähe für den täglichen Bedarf, für den größeren Einkauf ist es nicht weg nach Porec. Unseren Wein haben wir in der Vina Rados gekauft (einem Weingut, vorher mit Weinprobe, nur 100 m entfernt), sehr gute Weine, vor allem der Rotwein, preislich völlig okay!"

"The house is very modern and clean inside and outside. The pool was cleaned 1 time a week by staff. Due to the completely fenced garden you have a lot of privacy. The supermarket, restaurants, etc. are only about 15 min away and thus good and fast to reach by car. The landlord is very nice and informed us about all important information directly upon arrival. Also at departure he met us with a small gesture, which is not self-evident. All thumbs up 👍"

"We spent fantastic week at Villa Orijana. If you are looking for silence, calm and relaxing surrounding - book now! Localisation gives a good chance to go around Istria and feel the region. For us and for kids it was amazing, we were looking for relaxing time - and we have found it. The house is very nice, having all needed things or even more then is needed (there was also needle and thread :)) . Kitchen is full of stuff. Pool is filtered all the time, water crystal clear in perfect...

"Wie waren als Familie dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir haben noch nie so eine saubere und ordentliche Wohnung gemietet. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es gab zwei Kinderstühle. Der große Tisch ist perfekt für ein gemütliches Beisammensein. Der Vermieter war (auch schon vor unserem Aufenthalt) jederzeit für uns erreichbar und man bekommt wertvolle Tipps für den Urlaub. Einen schönen Strand mit schattigen Plätzchen gibt es fußläufig am Zebrastreifen links die Straße hoch,...

"Super tolle, hundefreundliche und saubere Unterkunft. Sehr gepflegtes Grundstück. Die Eigentümerin Alfredo und Korin sind sehr nett, alles verlief reibungslos und Alfredo stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Meer sowie Rovinj und Pula waren innerhalb von 20-30 Min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Für den tägl. Bedarf gibt es 2 kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort, sowie 3 Restaurants, wovon wir aber nur 2 (Pizzaria und Burger) öfter genutzt haben. Nächst größere Einkaufmöglichkeit gibt es in...
