Clean and handy.

Basic but spotless, quiet, and comfortable. Hot drinks available in the hall. Great breakfast buffet. Reasonably priced - very good stop-over on the way to/from the glacial lagoons.

Small motel in a remote farming area. They offer tours from the same location in their other business. About 30 minutes from the Glacier Lagoon. Clean and modern inside.

Convient Guesthouse along the ring road

Very convenient guesthouse right along the ring road. Spacious rooms. Communal dining area with limited appliances (I wish the drive was available to guests and not just a microwave). The front desk woman is very nice and very helpful and does everything from check in to check out, breakfast (which is included) and cleaning.

Don't let the outside fool you. This place is clean is very clean!!! towels and sheets smell so good unlike yiur typical hotel stuff. we checked in late and asked if we could check out a bit later.. and there was no problem! Consider this gueshouse if you are in southern iceland!!!

Very simple and basic accomodation. No decoration. Great view on the mountain side (other side would be the car park). Breakfast ok but not much variety. Check in 16h for check out 10h is a bit exagerated, especially for the high price.

Spent two nights at this property. We showed up late in the night, but they had an easy self-check in process. Room was simple and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and warm. Breakfast had the essentials (coffee, tea, breads, spreads, eggs, meats, cheeses). Location was good for visiting Black Diamond Beach and the Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon. There weren't many dinner options around, so make sure to plan that in advance. Area was also dark enough to catch some northern lights. The shower water did smell like sulfur and the smell filled up the bathroom bedroom, but we were able to air it out pretty quickly by opening the window. No complaints!

La guest House è una ventina di km distante dalla spiaggia di Jokurlason . La camera è pulita ed elegante . La sera lo spazio con la macchina per i toast non era accessibile , c era solo un microonde e un bollitore. La doccia ha un problema di cattivo odore quando l acqua scorre nello scarico. La colazione è buona e abbondante

The property is pretty basic l, needs what need to have and that's it. I didn't sleep because there was an alarm beeping since 2:30am like up to 4:30am so didn't rest, there was no way to warm the room, like heat. Breakfast was good. On the other hand is a perfect spot to see the Northern lights if the weather permits

Une halte d'une nuit à la campagne Islandaise

Chambre sympa avec une superbe vue depuis la fenêtre et site bien placé non loin de la route 1. Check-in autonome super efficace. Petit déjeuner compris et correct mais réduit au minimum, pas beaucoup de choix (manque des fruits frais, de diversité en général...). La personne au petit déjeuner était très sympathique et serviable. Un point négatif néanmoins : les lits superposés des enfants grincaient énormément donc la nuit a été mauvaise. Dommage sinon le concept est très bien et propreté ok.

天氣不好我們提早到,旅館人很好讓我們在餐廳等,房間整理好也讓我們提早入住,有提供早餐品項不多但足夠了,公共區域有提供咖啡跟熱水及微波爐,如果有熱水壺可自行煮熱水就更棒了!

Pretty good guesthouse just a few meters away from the ringroad. It got nice double rooms with private bathrooms. Breakfast is simple, but alright. You have access to coffee and tea the whole time. We really enjoyed our stay here!
