Nice place, but grumpy staff with poor service
"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is ..."

"Die wohnung hätte sauberer sein können ,vorallem das Bad. Es war sehr kalt dort, mit den elektroheizungen wird es nie richtig warm . Man hat sogar Nachts gefroren."
