"Spa is closed and we were not informed in advance before selection. Staff did not mention I can park underground although parking was empty under my building. Breakfast is poor. When I asked new corn flakes which were finished; no one brought it. Lake is very dirty. Revolver door is turning very fast; for small children is not safe. "The hotel was unique in the way it was set up, my tour guide mentioned that it might have been an old monastery or something similar. An older style property with older fittings but still very comfortable, very spacious and thought I didn't use the restaurant the steakhouse menu looked good. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was also well located for exploring old town."
