"This is a real hidden gem at a green & peaceful location. There is a free, beautiful sandy beach at 7-8 minutes of walking distance: Agora Beach. The hotel gives free beach umbrellas. Alternatively, they have a pool on site. The bus stop is nearby, very convenient. The owner, Alex, his family, and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. "I didn't like living my car on the street, but it does look like a safe area there wasn't any issues with that."

"The bathroom had no hot water and no solution could be found, and this was in November. The water also smelled of rotten eggs. The door to the room could not be locked, so we put our suitcases by the door to protect ourselves. The toilet paper was spartan, with one roll, so we got some ourselves. The furniture, such as the stool, was really dirty. The promised call from the owner to find a solution never came."
