Not only is this a gorgeous hotel, with beautiful rooms and grounds, and not only are the 2 restaurants there terrific, but the staff there is absolutely amazing. Nice, clean and safe hotel. A comfortable home away from home.

I cant say how happy i was with this hotel, The hotel i originally checked into in Delhi was filthy and full of roaches. I hear this is common. Rushed to find another hotel, and im so happy it was bloomrooms. Its in a middle class neighborhood, the hotel is clean and modern and sleek, simple, but functional. Wish there was a mini fridge, but minus that it was lovely. Only con is its not by anything, but if u look hard behing the hotel maybe 10 mins walk u can find a traditional western style...

Spent three days there. Great location for my business needs. The buffets were amazing, the Easter Brunch was fabulous. The coffee area in the lobby was lovely, with piano music every evening. The patio next to the restaurant was a great place for afternoon chai with clients. My one complaint is : There were no electrical outlets next to any of the mirrors in the room I had. How to do your hair is a mystery??

A great facility with lots of amenities. Unfortunately, due to prior commitments and a short stay, I wasn't able to use many of the facilities. Next time I am in Delhi, I will definitely consider staying at Suryaa. The restaurant, the staff, and the menu were wonderful.

This is a WONDERFUL hotel! The staff are VERY helpful kind and honest and ensure that your stay is always pleasurable. Anything you need to make your stay enjoyable they will get for you if at all possible. And the price is very good.

Property, staff, location, service, amenities were all top notch!

I arrived at 6am and told that official check-in was at 2, however, efforts would be made to have the room ready earlier. I went to the wonderful, fifteen dollar breakfast buffet and then enjoyed a massage at their world class spa while waiting. The room was ready by 10 and upgraded from the smallest room to a large suite. I have stayed here many times and am never disappointed. It is simply an oasis in the heart of Delhi .

Great place... very convenient to shopping and the breakfast was awesome. The staff, the amenities and the cleanliness was top notch. We even had a car booked through them and they were efficient in working with our needs. Will be back.

Great and enjoyable stay

Staff was professional. The bathroom condition looked old but functional. View from the windows was excellent. The mall near by was very convenient.

Exceptional customer service, rarely seen nowadays in Taj hotels. They do the small little things right that make or break customer experience.
