The room smelled like an ashtray. The air conditioner didn’t work and blew out mold/dust when turned on. The bathroom had a painted over tub with visible mold and mildew. The bedspread had a blood stain and cigarette burn. As someone with asthma I couldn’t stay overnight in the room. My friend slept in her truck because she couldn’t breathe in the room. Our other friend (who doesn’t have asthma) said her lungs were hurting from staying in the room overnight. If we ever stay in Kalkaska again I will definitely drive to TC to find a room. This room is awful.

Filthy hotel
I have never stayed in a place that was so filthy. Floor in bathroom was dirty. I wouldn’t walk on carpet without slippers or shoes on. Sheets were clean, but bedspread had yellow stain. I don’t know when the last time the bathroom door was washed in our room and daughter’s room. Bathtub in daughter’s room had mold. Never again!

The hotel is definitely on the lower end. Kind of a little sketchy, but the room I stayed in was clean enough. No breakfast per say, though there was some to go snacks. I was double charged on my card and was able to get a reimbursement within 2 days so I'm going to give it a good rating.

I will not use exprdia for motels again. This motel was 20 miles from our destination. When we got there we found out it eas a motel for migrant workers. The price was higher than expected for a room in the area. We were told it would have been cheaper to direct book. The staff however was amazing and attentive.
