The exclusive holiday home?Sun love? is located in Groß Schwansee. On 153 m² of living space, spread over 2 floors, up to 8 people can enjoy a relaxing holiday. The beach is 900 meters away. You will receive a warm welcome on the ground floor from a stylish living area with a leather sofa, a flat-screen TV (with DVD player and stereo system) and a fireplace. From there you get into the open kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired (dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, stove with ceramic hob, fridge / freezer and various small appliances). In the utility room you will find a washing machine free of charge. The high quality equipped shower room with sauna is located on the ground floor. On a total of 3 terraces you can enjoy the Baltic Sea sun all day in the summer. Of course, there are also terrace furniture and sun loungers. Also a large grill belongs to the equipment of the house. For the ?small? Guests have two cots, two highchairs for children and a baby bath. A staircase leads to the upper floor of the house, with 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a radio. Furthermore, there is a stylish bathroom with tub and shower on the level. The entire house is provided with underfloor heating.  Wi-Fi, a Play Station 3, an MP3 docking station is also available free of charge. Two parking spaces are located directly at the house.

The beautiful holiday home in the idyllic village of Groß Schwansee extends over 2 levels. Stylishly furnished, 8 people can spend their holidays here. The house is about 900 meters from the beach.

Die Bewerbung im Internet stimmt nicht ganz mit der Realität vor Ort überein

Im Internet wird das Ferienhaus als exklusiv beworben und die Fotos machen auch einen sehr sauberen exklusiven Eindruck. Leider war es vor Ort so, dass einige Möbel starke Außenbeschädigungen vorweisen und Gebrauchsgegenstände in der Küche teils defekt oder verschmutzt waren. Ein beworbenes Festnetztelefon war nicht mehr vorhanden, wäre hilfreich gewesen, da ein Handyempfang nicht vorhanden war. Die Infomappe war inhaltlich leider genauso anno dato wie die Bedienungsanleitung des Induktionsherdes, welche gar nicht mehr mit dem aktuellen Herd übereinstimmte. Wir haben uns aufgrund dieser und einiger weiterer Umstände leider nicht so wohl gefühlt, da dieses Feriendomizil im Internet viel neuer und schöner dargestellt wird. Leider hatte die Besitzerin im Nachgang wenig Einsicht und war nicht an einer konstruktiven Lösungsfindung in Form einer kleinen Wiedergutmachung (Rückerstattung) interessiert. Wir hätten ja günstig Urlaub gemacht.... Wenn wir dies gewusst hätten, hätten wir dieses Haus sicherlich nicht gebucht. Schade, aber wir hoffen, dass dieser Beitrag zur konstruktiven Verbesserung bei weiteren Buchugen führt.
