"It is a very nice hotel, beautifully designed, newly built, with solid construction and very nice decor. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable.The restaurant is very cozy and they serve great pizza and salads. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing negative about our two night stay here."

"This hotel offers the best value for the price. I had an early morning flight, and hotel staff kindly helped me with an earlier check-in. The hotel is located in the center of Edremit, so all restaurants, cafes, banks, and transportation options are nearby. Since this was my first trip to Edremit, I initially reserved a room for 3 days to explore, then extended my stay for an additional 5 days. "As soon as we walked out of the lift to our floor we were hit with a sewerage smell! The air conditioning didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, it was dirty and then we noticed black mould in the room! We asked for a refund after we left via message and didn’t even get a response! No matter how desperate do not book this absolute nightmare! There are so many lovely places! Stay in Gure’ in a thermal hotel! "
