"Tolle, gehobene Unterkunft mit ruhiger Lage im Wohngebiet nahe der Außenalster und nah zur U-Bahn. Sehr bequeme Betten, tolle Dusche, gemütlicher Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne! Toller Spielplatz ein paar Meter nebenan. Lediglich die Spielecke im Kinderzimmer könnte besser bestückt sein und die Kindermatratzen wirken zunehmend durchgelegen. Wer im Zimmer etwas essen möchte, muss selber an Teller und Besteck denken. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Fairly easy to find with GPS. Access instructions a breeze. Beware of parking! Host suggested a parking garage very close and it was less than a minute walk. Totally secure. €20 per night"

"Wir waren als ein paar Tage als 4 köpfige Familie in der Wohnung um Hamburg zu besuchen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Die Aufteilung auf 2 Geschosse ist etwas unpraktisch, da das Badezimmer unten und das Haupt-Schlafzimmer oben ist. Für ganz kleine Kinder oder sehr korpulente Personen könnte die sehr enge und steile Wendeltreppe evtl. problematisch sein. Für uns und unseren 5-Jährigen ging das aber ohne Probleme und es ist in der Beschreibung auch aufgeführt....

"This apartment is very spacious! We felt right at home. We appreciated the coffee maker, the free WIFI and the generous dining space. We also really appreciated the elevator! It is close to public transportation, so even though we had a car, we left it in the garage and used the bus to get everywhere we needed to go. A note to future guests: If you choose the parking option, be prepared for a surprise! It is a unique parking garage. The owner is very good at explaining directions, so you will...

"Sehr schön eingerichtete, große Wohnung. Den Bildern tatsächlich entsprechend. Und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Da wir schönes Wetter hatten, konnten wir auch die Terrasse ausgiebig genießen. In der Hafen-City ist man in ca. 45 Minuten. (Bus und U-Bahn) Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top! Vielen, vielen Dank und gerne wieder :-)"

It has everything you need and it is close to public transportation to go out and enjoy the city. One thing that should be obvious but I didn't think of before arriving: the boat does move a little bit because it's on the water and when it is windy."
