"Good bed, very quiet, and ability to check in late were positives. The check in with the lock code was a faff, including the need to ask for the code. The lack of breakfast was a major minus, the snack bar did not cut it really. There was also a strange man standing around and hover over my daughter when we were leaving, it really hit home the lack of staff. With the tired rooms, the place felt like a hostel more than anything, and I was glad to move on."

"Good hotel on a great location close to the water. We had a room on the street side which made it a little bit noisy during the night but not to distrurbing. Good restaurant and bar but missing vegetarian options at breakfast or on the menu"

"We usually rate a bathroom on the number of safety bars available. Although it seems to be a very new hotel, it could use some bars as there were none. Check-in was interesting and thankfully we had read our email before we arrived. Comfortable beds."

"This is a fabulous hotel in Holbæk. It's in a great location overlooking the fjord, a short walk to central Holbaek. Great rooms, great breakfast."

"Great reviews so booked at short notice, wish we hadn’t. The room was spacious but had a number of annoying or safety issues. First of all the blinds didnt go all the way down leaving bright sunlight streaming directly onto the bed. The bathroom was awful after a shower, just like a skating rink. The breeze block step into the building was wobbly. "The owner greeted us with great enthusiasm. She immediately made us feel like family. We stayed in room 13. It has a charming bay seating area and a brick patio off the front door with a fine wicker table and chairs for two. The room is quiet and clean with sleeping for three. We had never stayed at a pension before. Our experience here changed our bias. Would stay here again!"

"Clean room "

"The hotel was full of foreign workers and their cars took all the free parking space. The room was very basic but had one positive surprise. That is a fridge in the room for drinks or do-it-yourself breakfast etc. The room smelled like someone would have smoked inside and also there was limestone in the shower. I have been in motels and hostels that were better equipped than this hotel."
