Analeia Luxury Hotel - Adults Only

"A beautiful room and very helpful staff. With 79 steps from reception to our room and then another 30 or so up to the pool area, we were quite fit by the end! Could do with a lift for the bags ( someone took them up but didn’t bring them down) Considering the hotel is quite new, the pool is not well looked after with a very dirty ring around it on the water line which isn’t very appealing. I think there are plans to put a roof on the dining area which is sensible as, when it rained, we had to grab breakfast and eat it in our room. They could also do with some wind shields on the sides of the restaurant too. It’s a really great location in terms of being able to walk to some good restaurants and shops."

"The best thing about this property were the owners. Such helpful and caring people! I also loved the welcoming committee of the cats that they rescued. The breakfast was absolutely delightful and had a lot of variety and they paid attention to dietary restrictions and preferences. The view was unparalleled and I really enjoyed several lazy mornings. The room was very comfortable with a compact kitchenette, a functioning AC/heater unit, and great water pressure and temperature control in the shower. I plan to return to Kalymnos and will definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel is one to watch, they are clearly trying to refurb to improve the overall experience. It was patchy in places dont get me wrong with some questionable maintenance, but these things do take time! My only real critique was the way the slats for the bed were made from overly thick wood (Not designed for slats) and screwed down! So wasn’t the most comfortable although I know some people who may enjoy that! The superior rooms all back onto their own shared pool so can make it feel private and you get your own sun loungers so none of the morning rush at other hotels which is a massive benefit! For the money I paid I really can’t complain! Definately one to watch!"

"We booked at the last minute after being stranded in Kos due to the recent air traffic control incident. We were tired & stressed & hoping to spend the day relaxing by the pool before our rescheduled flight. However, there is loud music EVERYWHERE in this resort (I know, we’re old!). It would be nice to have a pool area with no music for people who prefer a more chilled vibe. The food is unremarkable but plentiful - you definitely won’t starve here. The rooms are clean but need a bit of TLC (we had no warm water in the shower in the morning - lukewarm in the evening). The gardens and flowers around the resort are lovely & the staff are super friendly & helpful. Best suited for those looking for a lively resort atmosphere. It was a port in a storm for us - & we were grateful for it."
