"This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. The suite we got was huge, (living room, full kitchen, dining room, and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs). The Syntopia Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed at the Syntopia Hotel for our summer holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort to get to know you and ensure you are having a lovely holiday. A few days into our holiday, they were automatically bringing our favourite drinks to our table at meal times which was very lovely! The food had such a good variety with a different focus every other night. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night. We would recommend staying at the Syntopia to everyone!"

"Hotel easy to find, next to large supermarket on a main road, a mile from the cross island route. Some parking, 3 allocated spaces and then on street parking nearby Has a lift but some stairs involved for most rooms. Room was a 2 room apartment with a large lounge/kitchen area, with a large Smart TV, oven, hob and fridge. Balcony off each room, large shower room, and plenty of storage space. Complimentary breakfast was good. Pool area limited, not enough sunbeds and begins to lose sun from about 3pm. Staff were pleasant and helpful. 100yds from the massive beach and its safe promenade full of bars and restaurants leading to town, about a mile away. The main road option I would avoid on foot, parked cars and busy junctions."
