"A lovely villa in a peaceful tranquil retreat. Wonderful views of the coast and surrounding hills. Watch the Eagles soaring above. Very peaceful you can listen to the wildlife around you. The nearest Taverna is just over a kilometer away but you are unlikely to encounter a car walking there. Beautiful lake nearby to see the fresh water turtles."

"Overall loved the place. There were a few niggles like the garden lights being intentionally turned off detracting from the atmosphere, penny-pinching in the extreme. Not being able to leave the washing machine or dishwasher on when going out because the electricity fob was locked to the door key, very patronising, especially considering the money paid for rental.the location was excellent and the outside ameneties great. Did think more effort could be put into a welcome basket maybe salt pepper...

"The villa was fabulous- 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms made everything effortless. The pool was even better- plenty of room for people to play together or spend time alone. Lina prepared a Cretan feast for us all- 15- for my birthday- and helped me plan an excursion to Knossos and an amazing dinner recommendation in Rethymno- she gave individual recommendations and local tips and made sure everyone had what they needed in the Villa and beyond. Simply outstanding"

"We had a 10 day stay at Trinity Villas and I can honestly say that we didn't want to come home. The villa is actually better than the photos and the photos were impressive. There was a housekeeper that came every day and changed all of the towels, made the beds, emptied the dishwashers and cleaned the villa daily. It was really a high end hotel feel! The owners had thought of absolutely every detail. We can't wait to go back!"

"We found the Villa Anastasia clean and charming inside. The outdoor space is the highlight of this property with a nice pool and pleasing outdoor courtyard with plants and evening lighting The Villa itself in my opinion is really suited for those desiring to be in a more remote village than near the heart of Rethymno. "House was clean with breathtaking views as advertised! Was not prepared for steep hill access to villa. Took a few trips to be comfortable with the drive; recommend a SUB rental.Communication with owner and house manager was on point. Owner provided detailed directions, as per location and surrounding areas. However, still have to be careful with GPS directions as it can take you areas that are not suitable for tourist driving. We had a wonderful family trip, and would recommend Villa Cassandra!"

The villa is very clean, really well stocked with what you need and with stunning views over Souda Bay. You need a car to explore but we loved the location.
