Excellent service from the pick to the airport, the entire stay, all the way to the drop off at the airport

This has been the best resort ever in my lifetime. The facilities, the rooms, and most importantly the service were top-notch and will always be remembered. We have been staying in many luxurious resorts, but the IHG Phuket is the new watermark for comfort and convenience. A big thank you to the resort team, you have exceeded all expectations!

Loved every moment at this property! The breakfast is delicious, the infinity pool serene, the roof top bar divine...oh geez do I want to go back. I've read some reviews on how it's expensive to get a cab to or from the property (truth) and I want to report I had great luck googling "cab from cape Sienna to..." and found a fantastic service through Phuket Vecay! Taxi was on time, more than 1/2 price quoted by staff at Cape Sienna (They said 1000B and taxi was 400B), and clean. I wish we had...

The beach and water was beautiful,the room was big and clean.

This hotel was amazing. I went with the heaven room, which means it's the second floor and includes a private roofdeck with a sun lounge and outdoor shower (perfect for cooling off when the sun gets too hot!). My balcony looked out at the ocean with a great view of the sunset. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rate included breakfast, which I chose to have brought to the room so I could eat on the balcony and enjoy the view. The food was delicious! Fresh fruit, delicious scrambled eggs,...

I Stayed at the Naka for 4 nights in the 3-bedroom villa. The space, views and service were incredible. As you pull up to the open air lobby, you will be blown away by the views. The villa was massive, with two floors, three bedrooms, four baths, common indoor and outdoor spaces, and private infinity plunge pool. Awesome space for a family stay. The amenities on site were also great - restaurant offering free extensive breakfast buffet, workout facilities with daily fitness class schedules...

It is perfect hotel! Great rooms, new, clean, and well designed. Sea view is very nice. Spa- we got a great massage with excellent service. It is very quiet and relex place. The food at the restaurant is superb! The staff is amazing and super friendly! Its only 20 min from Phatong beach, free shuttles are available to the nearest town. If you are looking for quiet place to clear your mind, it is the perfect place for you.

Hands down favorite hotel, very peaceful and quiet, great getaway in Phuket. I stayed here with my friend, it was more of a couple's hotel but still a good time. Drinks were amazing, food was fresh! Breakfast was Ah-mazing! fresh fruit, omelette station, thai breakfast, lots of options! fresh juice pressed for everyone. Super clean, and taken care of. no complaints. Taxi from airport will cost you about 750-800 Bhat depending on who you go through. Other than that great stay!

Such a beautiful property. I came here with a toddler & an 8 month old baby and they were very accommodating. The staff were very helpful. It is also such a perfect location on the beach. You will need to walk across the street and go down a few steps but it’s not bad at all. I’d highly recommend this property. Super picturesque- especially the rooftop pool!

The hotel is well situated close to the main road (1 minute walk), but not too close for the noise of it, and close to the small shopping street (about 4 minutes walk) and about 7 minutes walk to the beach. We liked the modern rooms that were very clean and the staff very very friendly and helpful. We found the price very attractive for what we got there! We would return again and will recommend it to friends and family.

The resort and hotel staff are excellent. Previous reviews are spot on; very hospitable, accommodating, and the food in the restaurant is quite good. Location is perfect, away from the noise of Patong, but close enough that it’s accessible when the mood strikes you. Room was very nice, clean and the AC worked very well.

This resort is something out of a movie. The grounds are well kept gardens of tropical plants, the pool is clean, and the staff will bend over backwards for your needs. We had a hillside ocean view room, you must take their cable car to access those rooms, or call for the hotels 'tuk tuk' (basically an on property transport truck) The food is good in the restaurants - but be aware costs 3X as much as restaurants out in town. You also must take a taxi to the towns/other beaches - expect $10-15...

Great location! Nestled by the beach, restaurants, quick-food vendors, souvenirs, massage businesses, etc. All within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay at Namaka! The resort is very nice, with two separate infinity pools, a swim-up bar, and a poolside restaurant, and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. When we visited the resort wasn't too busy, so there was never a problem finding shady loungers and getting into the pool without it being crowded. A few specific things to note: 1) Several reviews I've seen (both here and on Google) call out the resort for being "dated" and "dirty". My guess is that these...
