Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We loved our stay as a big group and everyone had their own bedroom. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and housekeeping came every day and cleaned kitchen and every room. Host Razzaq was very friendly and helpful. He was available 24/7 and responded our texts timely manner. House was very spacious and view and sunset was unbelievable!!! Would highly recommend this place for your next vacation to Phuket, Thailand.

​We booked this villa as an emergency stay for a single night. On the positive side, the host was great—communication was very easy, and the core of the property is nice. However, there were a few noticeable issues. The pictures on the listing don't entirely reflect the current reality of the villa, and some of the rooms fell short of our standards. Additionally, one of the bedrooms had a broken AC unit. Overall, it served its purpose for a quick, last-minute booking, and we appreciated the host's responsiveness, but the property itself could use some maintenance and updated photos.
