Daily maid service and preparing breakfast are also included in the rate.

Designed with your utmost comfort in mind, our villa spans an impressive 500 sqm, ensuring ample space for you and your loved ones to relax and rejuvenate. The elegant and modern interior is tastefully furnished, reflecting a perfect blend of Thai charm and contemporary sophistication.
Each bedroom is elegantly furnished and comes with en-suite bathrooms, offering comfortable bedding and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has 2 bunk beds, perfect for large families with kids.
A fully equipped Western kitchen is available to cater to all your culinary needs, while the indoor dining room and outdoor dining/lounge area offer plenty of space for socializing.
Leave the kids in the movie room on the second floor, while you relax upstairs.
The infinity pool is the highlight of the villa. You’ll love spending blissful hours on the terrace, soaking up the sun, admiring jungle-catted mountains, getting lost in your book, and taking refreshing dips in the pool. A large Sala with comfy seating and a bar sits next to the pool, where you can hide from the scorching sun and continue to enjoy the tropical landscapes.
In your private gym room, you will find a variety of machines and equipment to help you keep fit.
Our newest addition is a stylish outdoor BBQ area shaded by a natural bamboo roof, complete with a chef’s delight grill, a handy counter with sink, and a cozy L-shaped seating area with stool tables—perfect for grilling and socializing in a breezy, tropical hideaway.

Electric usage is not included in the price, it will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the house.
The maid will clean daily and make amazing breakfast for you. The cost of the groceries for breakfast and any other shopping requested is not included in the rate and will be charged with a shopping-delivery surcharge of 15%.
