Spend your Park City vacation in a brand new, luxury private town home. This Parks Edge Home offers a Perfect Location. On the edge of Park City, you will enjoy privacy and easy access while still being just Minutes from the Ski Resorts and Shopping. This home is only 1 mile off the highway and only 8-10 minutes from the Park City Mountain Resort, Downtown Historic Main Street and the Kimball Junction area where you will find the Tanger Outlet Mall, Movies, Bowling, Dining, and Olympic Park.

This home offers a perfect combination between outdoor & indoor living, with a private hot tub on the balcony, with the very best views in Parks Edge. The lower patio has a private gas fire pit with outdoor seating to sit back and enjoy the fresh mountain air and unobstructed views of the mountains , walking trails, & wet lands.

Everything is NEW! This home was just completed Nov 2016. With all new furniture, this home is Beautifully Decorated with Upgraded Amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. The Laundry room is set up with a High Efficiency Washer and Dryer. The bedrooms offer pillow top mattresses and luxury bedding with sleeping for 6 plus a pull out sofa with a queen mattress with bedding provided for additional sleeping to 2. Maximum occupancy is 8. Enjoy a Satellite cast compatible Television in the living area. TV's also in bedrooms & library. Enjoy the cozy library just off the master bedroom, to read, work, or watch TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi in the home. The house is well stocked with thoughtful attention to detail. Robes, Hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent blow dryers in every bathroom. Enjoy some cards & board games with family & friends. Two car garage attached, equipped with ski racks and boot dryers.

Plan a BBQ dinner with a private outdoor grill, and gas fire pit. Spend some time at the Community Clubhouse to go swimming at the Pool, Hot Tub, Fitness Center or Theater Room. Need to work? Schedule time in the conference room or reserve the clubhouse for a function.

Looking for an exciting summer outdoor adventure? Find Camping, Boating, Swimming, Fishing, and Hiking at the Jordanelle State Park. They offer rentals from paddleboards, boats, jet skis, & kayaks. Take the kids to the Aqua x Zone, an inflatable water sports park that sits atop the Jordanelle Reservior. This is a popular place for an afternoon escape or a quick overnight trip and is only 10 minutes from the home.

Beautiful home

We had a great stay here. It was perfect for skiing in park city. Really enjoyed the balcony hot tub. The house is beautifully furnished and so comfortable. Hope to come back again.

Perfect Spring Ski Getaway

Our family (husband, wife, our adult daughter, and her boyfriend) thoroughly enjoyed our staying at this wonderful property during our Spring Ski Getaway. The floor plan was perfect, allowing everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom, as well as gather in the open kitchen and living space. I especially enjoyed sitting on the hearth by the warmth of the gas fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped, including a crockpot and pressure cooker. The location was in close proximity to resorts. Our group skied Deer Valley, Park City, and Canyons.We especially enjoyed parking at nearby Richardson Flats and taking the shuttle to Deer Valley and Park City (all were free). At the end of the day, everyone enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. This left us refreshed and ready for the next day on the slopes. The garage and garage door opener were also tremendously convenient. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We would not hesitate to return to this beautiful and well appointed property!

Great Stay!

We came here with our family for a ski trip to Park City. The location was perfect. Close to the mountain and downtown. The house was exactly as advertised and was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great Location for Deer Valley and Park City

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very comfortable and clean. We had some snow days and we were very happy to see that the snow was plowed in the residential area.This condo has all the comforts of home. We would definitely consider renting this condo again.It has three stories so make note of the stairs in case that is important for you.

Property is really nice. Second time here. Sherry is a great host. Well stocked. Hot tub is serviced weekly and worked out well. Within 8-10 minutes to Jordanelle lift and East Deer Valley lot.

Clean exceptional stay, 11 mins from Park City

Sherrie’s unit is very clean, new and modern. The three level townhouse had a spacious garage, hot tub on the deck, and large 3 bed 3 baths. This was a great place to vacay with my wife and 2 kiddos. Had every thing we needed. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty the whole time but sounds like Sherrie got it fixed! We loved the office nook off the master bedroom.

So peaceful!!

Our stay was wonderful. We needed a break from the hustle in the valley and Sher’s retreat was perfect. Great attention to detail…everything was as advertised or better. Sherrie was very accommodating and prompt to respond with answers to questions. Best of all for me was the fact her unit backs onto beautiful natural open space. Also the community is very quiet. It was the perfect needed break for my wife and I. (Late Mother’s Day gift). We will be back!

Wonderful getaway

This was the most wonderful getaway for spring break. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to relax, even while my husband still put in a few hours of work each day. (The little office upstairs was ideal, and the internet worked perfectly.) The location was great, the views were beautiful, and everything we needed was provided. Thank you for such a great stay!

Wonderful stay for park city ski trip

The property exceeded our expectations, very clean and comfortable. Great proximity to park city in a quiet neighborhood. The two car garage is great for keeping the car dry and out of the snow.

Winter wonderland

We had an amazing time at the condo. It was exactly as described and even better in person. The layout of the condo, with each room on its own level, provided everyone in our group with the privacy they needed. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The decor was also stunning. Beautiful property close to Park City!

This was the perfect place for our family of 6 to stay on our ski trip! Not only was the property in great condition and had awesome amenities, but it was also just a short drive to the slopes and downtown Park City. Sherrie was a lovely host and very accommodating! Highly recommend!

Great place

This place was perfect! It was beautiful and had a lot of extras that we loved like the hot tub. They also had alot of thoughtful extras like beach towels, games, shampoo/conditioner/soaps/detergent/coffee….. the list goes on and on. The host was awesome from the minute I inquired into the booking. She was very helpful and always quick to return the information we needed. She gave us a lot of advice for things to do in the area. We would totally recommend the property and the host!

Gorgeous home!

This was our first time in the Park City area and I could not have been more thrilled with our stay at Sherrie's! The home was absolutely gorgeous and everything was in great shape. It was super easy to get in the house when we arrived. The kids loved taking little walks in the morning before heading out for the day. We had one slight little mishap (pool key was accidentally taken by previous guests), but Sherrie responded immediately and got us a new one the next day. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Park City area and would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for everything Sherrie!
