"The room is clean and comfort to stay. The crews of the hotel are all kind and thoughful such that they remember my requests of the precious visit. The building is somewhat old, and some of the shower booths in the sauna have been closed for months due to a technical issue. "

"Other than check-in, we had no further interaction with the hotel staff. Everything needed was provided, including change of towels on our second day. The shower had good pressure and was big enough to create a pleasurable experience. The toilet is equipped with a bidet. Our view from the 18th floor was spectacular and we were able to see the Japanese island of Tsushima 48 km south through clear skies on our last day, as well as daily and nighttime views of Haeundae beach right below us. The breakfast was better than we expected with a broad selection and not marred by 2 broken coffee machines on our last day. Overall we highly recommend this hotel and location and will definitely return again in the future. "

"We couldn't check in online, so it took a few minutes finding out that we needed to go to the 3rd floor for check in. Better instructions at the entrance of the building would have helped. Once we figured things out it was easy and fast. The staff we very friendly and helpful, I'm thinking of coming back next year, very pleased."

"Me and my friend were lucky enough to find this hotel for our short trip to Busan, and we wish we had stayed here longer! It's about an hour bus ride from the train station but still in a great location, right opposite Haeundae Beach and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants surrounding it. The staff were accommodating and the room was very clean and spacious. We paid slightly more for an Ocean View room but it was worth it. I'd recommend Haeundae Seacloud Hotel Residence to anyone travelling to Busan to enjoy the seaside and nightlife."
