"The hotel staff were very friendly & accomodating. They treated us well during our stay. The spa was fully included in the price of our stay & it made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. The spa was clean & provided everything from brushes & blowdryers to curling & flat irons. The hotel was located close to the train station, which was convenient. There were tons of restarants & clothing/shoe stores within walking distance. It was very quiet inside the hotel, but very noisy outside from the train & outdoor dining areas. Also, this neighborhood was quite dirty. "

"Close to train & subway terminals. Very nice room, really superb breakfast, especially if you're willing to venture from traditional western/American fare. Omelets were cooked to order, and reliably good (across 3 days). We were given a room upgrade (size), which was nice, although from lying in bed, our view of the skytree was blocked by wall. Good room service, nice helful staff. Only knock was the mildew under rim of sink, which some bleach could knock out."

"Right next to ryogoku station which is super convenient. Theres a 7/11 next door and a few 24hr laundromats nearby. About a 30-40 min subway from Shinjuku area depending on which route you take. 30 min subway/monorail from Haneda airport"

"We had a smoking room on the 10th floor , room was clean and tidy and bathroom was spotless . Really lovely hotel and very friendly atmosphere. lifts were frequent , dining on the 4th or 5th floo r so very convenient, train station a few mins walk away also temples and street market as well as shops on the doorstep , "

"We had a fantastic stay at &here hotel in Ueno. The location was excellent—just a short walk to JR, Chiyoda, and Ginza lines, making it super convenient for getting around Tokyo, directly to and from Narita airport on the Keisei Skyliner. It is situated at a location surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants. It is also just across the street of the beautiful Ueno park. The hotel itself is new, modern, and very clean. Our room 901 was quiet, everything in working order. We had a very restful sleep during our stay. Cleaning service is not provided daily, however, garbage is cleaned out and clean towels are provided daily, which is more than sufficient for us. An extension to my partner, Stephan's review on Google. A special mention goes to Do at the front desk. His level of customer service was outstanding—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect when we checked in. Truly some of the best hospitality we've experienced. Thank you. Another highlight was the public bath on the top floor, which overlooked the pond at the Ueno park. It was such a relaxing and unique bonus. We highly recommend this hotel and looking forward in staying at &here again the next time we will be in Tokyo."
