About this property
The house is our passion project, built with love surrounded by forest and views
- For the past years this house in Kamenari has been a private home for its owners. Surrounded by forest and overlooking the bay of Kotor, it’s a place filled with peace, beauty end endless views. Now for the first time, the second floor is ready to welcome guests. The ground floor is not rented out and will be locked during your stay. If you book the house you will have the entire house to yourself (except the ground floor).
The owner also has a boat and can arrange boat trips for a reasonable cost.
Cleaning is available at a cost of 300 EUR. For your information, there are 2 steep uphills to the house, it's easy to get a little scared when you're standing in front of the hill, but it's no danger, we who live there go both uphill and downhill several times a day and the same thing with driving, it's possible to drive a car but it makes it easier if you have or rent an SUV and or have an automatic transmission 😊. What's important is that the car is not too low.
