Clean, larger than normal room. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good breakfast--Japanese and western items. Close to Tokushima station--less than 5-minutes walk. May be awkward with large luggage. Ten-ippou hut was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Though we only stayed a night, it is well-eppuippdd for long stays, given you pick up groceries prior to arriving.
