"We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment with our family of 5 and the space was great. The place was very clean and the staff was super nice. Our only issue was communicating. Breakfast at their restaurant was supposed to be included but they wanted us to walk across the street to another place or deliver it to our room. That would have been fine but they never brought it when they said they would. One day it took 2.5 hours. Our last day there, they said they’d bring breakfast at 9:30 and finally, hours later, they said we could walk across the street to get it. That was incredibly frustrating and made it difficult to make plans. We also had to repeatedly ask for enough towels so we could have one per person and not have to share. We enjoyed the location and view but the difficulties we had with communication would make us think twice about staying again."
