"Absolutely loved staying here. We had a room with a balcony with wonderful views. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here again."

"Lovely area and beautiful setting. Giethoorn gets quite busy in the day, when you see it you will understand why. Its like going back in time, the museum is a must to understand the history, as is the church. We loved our stay, a very helpful chap on the reception. You're quite a way from the car park, so luggage is taken back and forth in a bucket shaped trolley. Sadly the weather wasn't the best so didn't get to enjoy sitting out by the water much which would have been lovely. The only problem we had was with the microwave that doubles as an oven, and didn't work well at all, waiting forever, or burning items !, so gave up. Would much rather have had a separate oven. Kitchen could do with looking at to be fair. Overall we had a lovely time. If you want nightlife this isn't for you, If you want relaxing and peaceful this is it."

"Everything was very clean and the staff was very nice super helpful getting our bags upstairs and providing safe storage for our rental bikes. Very close to the center of town if you're visiting Zwolle, even if you don't have bikes it's very walkable. Great stay overall!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful even during busy times. Convenient location an easy walk from the train station and there were a lot of places to sho and eat nearby. The room and bed were solid. Doesn’t have Air Conditioning which wasn’t an issue the weekend we were there but that’s the only reason for caution"

"Cost of breakfast way to high. Eat very little for breakfast!!! Also no map of city . And I mean a MAP like the city of Utrecht puts out. . In my room coffee maker did not work and the safe did not work !!! Morning staff at desk were great !!! No air-conditioning."
