"So, I am uncertain if not cooling lobbies and hallways is simply a Cambodia thing, or if its related to the current Middle East situation But there was no cooling at all in public spaces. The room AC was fine cooled the room down quickly Every single television channel was a blur, one "American" channel "CNBC" other English channels like Australian News, BBC and NHK Staff very helpful"
