"We spent 2 nights at the resort, and it truly felt like “home away from home”. All staff are wonderful and had been super helpful. We felt warm and welcomed throughout our stay. "Room initially given to us hadn’t been cleaned. Corrected the mistake quickly.
Rooms are huge, clean. Gym was just on the first floor area and no aircon so limited how long you could exercise.
Breakfast was ok but fairly limited unless you’re ok with noodles and fried rice for breakfast.
Location was quiet and walkable to restaurants."
"J’étais quais seule dans l’établissement en raison de la fin de saison et ai pu jouir de la piscine en exclusivité. Les chambres sont très confortables et grandes. La salle de bain un peu sombre mais pratique. La piscine est géniale. Je regrette un peu le manque de vie dans l’hôtel qui m’a paru très désert ainsi qu’un petit déjeuner un peu simple. "
"The staff are all so nice and helpful! They helped me book a tour (which was so much fun, I learned a lot and had a blast) and book my bus going back to Siem Reap. It was seamless.
They also helped me with my laundry even though I just gave it to them the day before I left so it was a little rushed.
The restaurant staff are also so accommodating and nice. And the restaurant itself was just so airy and fresh.

"Nous avons reservé pour le nouvel an...trois nuits. Malheureusement une erreur dans les plannings de réservation a ete faite par la direction. Cest pour ca pas 5 etoiles. Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme. "Breakfast is not fresh but staff is OK Electrical outlet does not fit properly with 3-prong plug at all outlets in room. Never have any issues with any outlet at other Cambodia Hotel. This is the first 2-plong plug is OK but hard to plug in. Do not understand why. Property is basically new. Only electrical outlet issues."
