"Love the location. You can visit quite a few major attractions on foot…or by a public transportation. The room has ample space and good accessibility. Great breakfast but a strange IT issue between Expedia and the hotel system on whether breakfast is included or not, which caused staff more work and customer confusion."

"LOVED our stay at the Klaus K. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and welcoming. Our Sky balcony room had great views, was very spacious, and immaculately clean. I wore the slippers they provided for 3 days in the room and the soles remained white, which shows how well they kept the hard tiled floors clean!! The bed was comfy and the shower was wonderful. We will absolutely stay again next time we are in Helsinki."

"We were traveling from the US and we got a suite for our daughters and us. It was absolutely perfect and so clean. The suite had 1 door w 2 doors behind it so the security was great. It has a sauna, restaurant, coffee shop, and luggage closet. Awesome atmosphere. Great location for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. The staff was great and helpful."
