Im pretty sure changing of room doesnt help as its due to old piping issues. 2) Ants. You simply can't leave food lying around for it will very quickly invite ants. Ants in the toilet, tv console, table beside your bed. It's terrible. 3) no sound proofing to speak of, the room facing the main road has traffic...
