"Lovely hotel. Great location, nice quiet area about 5 min away from the main town. The room was great, had everything we needed - cleaned and restocked each day. Pool area was always clean and pool towels provided. Only down side was in out room at night there is a constant beeping alarm every 30 seconds, we were only able to sleep as we had ear plugs but it may not be as loud from other rooms. Despite this we had a great stay and would come again "

"It was the amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean. With a Balcony facing the sea and the sun set, and when going out of the room, facing the greenery. Totally worth it. If coming back to Langkawi, will definitely come back here! Staff there are all brilliant. Cheerful, helpful"

"Breakfast was great! Menu is different for the 3 days we are there and delicious too. Mini bar (snacks) also provided in the room. But room tv was a little not in good condition not sure if it's the remote control (as they changed battery)."

Cocktails in the pool, drinks at the tropical beach bar, and a stellar dinner at the glass bar. The price is so reasonable! We loved that families could be shouting and having fun at the pool, while we were listening to live jams at the Tropical Beach Bar"

"The hotel is a short walk to Chenang Beach and numerous shops and restaurants. It’s close enough for the convenience, but far enough away from the tourist traffic to offer a quiet, peaceful stay. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the Rice Garden restaurant offers good dining choices for dinner and snacks. The rooms are spacious and well designed and the shower and bathroom area are pleasantly modern. The hotel is very family friendly and we felt well taken care of by the kind and helpful staff. We would definitely stay at the Mercure if we visit Langkawi again."
