A stand out food wise in Penang is the restaurant Lili - exceptional chef, talent to watch!"

"Everything was clean throighoit the whole hotel. Premium quality finish on Premier room. Pool/bar area was a nice place to chill with a good city view. Gym was good, could just do with with a few more weight machines in my opinion. All staff very friendly 😃"

"It was a wonderful experience we stayed in OZO . The bed is super comfy and we have a really good sleep . The stuff was super nice and super helpful . And love the parking system with lift . We don’t have to drive all the way up to the multilevel parking . Simply drive your car into the lift and it will bring you to the parking lot . It was an easy and quick parking system . Well done 👍 Dont worry the Ozo stuff will be there to assist you . Would love to come back again 👍😍 From. Jim & Jasica"

"Good location but with limited parking spaces available. Very near to the Cecil street market. Room's hangers have to be changed, the plastic clip is not holding the hanger anymore! Tried the black coffee at lobby, it's complimentary but would be better to get local coffee from food market or nearby Altertaste cafe!"
