Bertam Resort is really outstanding. Quiet location, Amazing architecture and ambiance, great pools (unfortunately I had not enough time for the waterpark). But as a vegetarian i would like to have a wider range of dishes.

I book this hotel for my parents and they enjoyed their premium stay...they are so spacious and clean and alot of free breakfast options 💓♥️❤️ Great job guys

Luxirios and super clean property. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend the sea view room. Breakfast has lots of varieties mainly local food.. Cold cuts and cheese not good at all. Omlette station very bad. Never thought that a simple omlette can be made that bad. Overall food and beverage can improve since this is is not Crowne Plaza standard.

Everyone was so nice. We thought the room was a little small but it was still good. We would sf@y here again.

Rasa Motel is great value and the staff provides wonderful service! The property is not directly on the beach, it is across the street. There is beach access within walking distance with many beach activities available including boating and jet skiing. The beds in the rooms are VERY comfortable!!! The hotel lobby provides free coffee. There is a very nice outdoor seating area with a library and tables for remote working, smoking areas, etc. The staff also offers luggage holding if you need that...

No words can describe the beauty & kindness of the staff and the hotel , you will feel at home , it is the best place ever.

Hotel is near the bus station so you could take a bus to gurney drive very easily. And between 5 mins there is a hawker stores that you can buy or eat your dinner there. Hotel room is very clean but the water for the shower is not strong enough. Hope this can improve in the future. Swimming pool and gym are clean and comfortable.

Tolles Hotel. Staff, Essen, Sauberkeit, Pool einfach hervorragend.

Loved our stay. Rasa Sayang was as amazing as ever. Sad that the beach is gone.

Good location across the street from mall with large food court, pharmacy, shops, etc. Also easy walking to waterfront and Straits Quay marina, food and shops. The hotel offered a very good breakfast buffet and made to order omelets and other offerings.

Everything is just right - friendly staff, nice clean and tidy rooms, and a great brekafast buffet. I stayed in nearby citadines and iconic hotel too, and holiday inn is the best of the three.
