"Dayang Bay Resort exceeded my expectations! I requested a high-floor sea view room, and to my delight, they upgraded me to a stunning room on level 6 with a breathtaking view of Maha Tower. The view was truly unforgettable. The staff's excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. Pro tip for future guests: If you can, aim for a sea view room on the sixth floor. It makes a huge difference!"

"I'm booking for 2 room for the last 8 month, suddenly when check in I only given one room only 411.. After waiting they manage to get reserve room no 408 but.. 2 room without aircond, no iron, no fresh water and also no water heater. May be next visit I won't stay at this property any more.. "We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our Langkawi trip and wished we stayed longer. Whilst the rooms may be somewhat dated for a 5*, the customer service at this hotel is exceptional. After checkin they got in touch by WhatsApp to let us know they were available for any assistance 24’7. The facilities were nice, the staff were extremely polite and attentive. It was a real bonus seeing monkeys around the resort, (wish they had come to our balcony!) We didn’t have to wait long for a buggy and didn’t experience queues at breakfast. We opted for half board, there were loads of food options which we liked. On checkout I had left something in the room and they got in touch to let me know within in hour or so, thankfully I had a friend that was able to pick up the item. "
