"Beautiful, huge property. 4 restaurants, food ok and expensive .2 great pools and right on the beach. As a note...... it's very, very hot so the ocean is really warm. We ended up sitting by the pool. "

"View was lovely from the balcony! Unfortunately the restaurant was too far for my Mom, who is in her 80s and can’t walk very well. So we packed dinner to eat in the room. Amenities are sufficient."

"Breakfast was almost gone by 8:30 am and not replenished soon enough. Also breakfast was not served in the main breakfast room due to other function happening that first morning of stay. "

"The hotel is located in the Mall and the Property is located near to the airport. Please do not expect a fancy breakfast. There are a lot of nearby options as well. Only one thing to complain about, I felt like the bed was super old and bumpy. Each time I turn around I can hear the spring sound working hard to support my weight. The staff was not friendly and welcoming but the check-in was smooth. "

"Need to improve on the cleanliness of the kitchen. Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. The bedroom door cannot be locked for some room, there’s stain on every bed and bedsheets. Overall the 3 bedroom unit was ok for a family staycation for a night, there’s hot water to shower with, a good bed to sleep on."
