"The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. My room was cleaned and thoughtfully reorganized every day. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly throughout my stay. They even gave me a gift at check-out, which was a lovely surprise — and that’s not even mentioning the welcome gift at check-in, a pack of masks that I found very thoughtful. The room had everything I needed, making my stay very comfortable. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, with many great bakeries, restaurants, and bars nearby."

"Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice."

"- Friendly and helpful staffs (Reception and housekeeping).
- Not sure whether my booking was entitled for breakfast or not. During checked-in i was told that include breakfast but our room was not in the list at the restaurant.
- Very near to Kayu Original Nasi Kandar (walking distance).
- Room is very big, spacious and clean. Suitable for family of 5 with children. Exceed my expectation. "
