"Staff were vert helpful both at check-in and when we requested a room change. Rooms were modern. They do not have in room phones to contact reception and when we tried to csll them by mobile, a few times in the evening, they were not answering the phone, so we had to take the long walk to reception to request the room change."

"The sheets were stained, the checkin staff were uncommunicative, the room smelled of smoke, and there were limited dining or shopping options. We tried to get food delivered by Grab, but even that was canceled by the restaurant. Our room key stopped working for no reason and we had to get it fixed. At one point, somebody opened our door, but couldn’t get in because of the lock chain. I assume that was the cleaning staff. They could have knocked. I’m not disappointed. It was very cheap accommodation, so I wasn’t expecting much. "

"The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. As we had a early departure, the kitchen went out of their way to provide a takeaway breakfast bag for us. That was certainly a nice gesture! "

"Location of the hotel is great, near to the beach and amenities. I love the pool in the room. The room is clean and tidy. I feel very welcoming when i checked in. In addition, all the staffs are very friendly and approachable. I had a great time staying in Grand Lexis"
