"Personalet til indcheckningen var ikke tilstede og det gjorde det besværligt at foretage betalingen for at få udleveret nøglen til værelset. Efter kommunikation via WhatsApp lykkedes det og betalingen blev foretaget senere ved personlig fremmøde. Jeg var ikke blevet orienteret om at der var selfcheckin. Og derved ville det være nemmere hvis betalingen var udført inden ankomst. Værelset var ok set i forhold til prisen. "
