Step into a serene retreat where tropical greenery surrounds you and gentle breezes invite you outdoors. Spend mornings on a shaded lanai with a cup of coffee, stroll to the nearby pool with its cascading waterfall, or wander along a scenic path to the beach and historic fishponds. Outdoor living
Multiple lanais extend the villa’s living spaces into the fresh air. The backyard lanai offers a covered dining area with seating for six and a built-in BBQ grill, while bedroom lanais provide quiet spots to unwind. Just beyond the home, a shared resort-style pool and lush landscaping create a tranquil setting.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms and an additional upstairs nook comfortably host up to five guests. The primary suite includes a king bed and private lanai, the guest bedroom features two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request, and the upstairs nook is furnished with a twin daybed.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and oven provides the essentials for preparing meals. The open layout flows into the dining and living areas, with easy access to the lanai for meals in the open air.

Exceeds expectations

Open the door on arrival we were surprised how spacious the condo was. The photos do not accurately show how big the rooms are. Loved having two ensuites. Kitxhen well stocked. Will return!

Quiet and clean

Other than a smoke detector going off a few times in the middle of the night because it needed replaced, it was a very pleasant stay. Communication was good with the host, the place was clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable and relaxing stay. The surrounding area was beautiful. Highly recommend.

2023 Hawai'i Family Vacation

The accommodations were fantastic. The house was great, location superb, beach access, beautiful walks, Mauna Lani Coffee and a marketplace down the road, and more. Highly recommend.

Nice house in great location

We were steps from the awesome pool and short drive to the beach club to snorkel. Also just a few miles from Hapuna Beach, which is my favorite. Also very close to saddle road for a quick jaunt to Hilo. This is a no-brainer place to rent.

Retreat in paradise

The property was very roomy and came with all the amenities we needed to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The pool was an amazing quiet and enjoyable spot to just lay out and unwind. The lanai was perfect for breakfast outdoors and also a great spot to read a book or have a cool drink. The property was nicely decorated and I would definitely look at this spot for our next vacation retreat.

Beautiful spacious location in Mauna Lani

Lovely natural setting with lots of beautiful tropical scenery and surroundings makes this spacious property quite enjoyable. Well-furnished and decorated with all comforts of home. Occasional interference by caretakers only distraction.

We have stayed here numerous times, it's always great. The only thing is that the bedding and towels could use a refresh, they are getting long in the tooth. I would definitely recommend!!

Best VRBO on thr Big Island

Loved this condo and will be back. The furniture was comfortable like real people actually own this place and have set it up for their enjoyment. It is well maintained. The pool is amazing and fun - even has a waterfall and cave. The grounds feel like you are in a botanical garden. I will come back to the big island just to stay here.

Good property

Overall a great stay; the complex is very nice, good layout with two large primary bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. The unit did have plumbing issues while we were there, they communicated quickly to get someone in to help. The unit could use a freshening up - furniture, carpet, and plumbing all getting fairly dated.

Great Location in Mauna Lani Big Island of HI

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious two bedrooms townhouse with two lanais. There is a binder with extensive information about tours and activities on the Big Island, as well as information about the unit. We visited the volcano and did an awesome helicopter tour! We also spent a lot of time swimming at the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The water is warm and refreshing. Beach Club and Supermarket are close by. Tommy Bahamas restaurant is our favorite but we also used the outside grill for one evening dinner. I would highly recommend this place.

Islands at Mauna Lani

Great floor plan. Great location. Nicely decorated. All of that being said, the unit needs some refurbishing, e.g., repainting, replace tarnished fixtures and worn out furniture, especially the outdoor dining set. Had to request some maintenance work. Daisy was great; very responsive. Maintenance man was polite and mindful of our privacy.

Beautiful setting and decor

This 2 bedroom is palatial and beautifully decorated. Lovely pool.My only concern was the 6:30 A M daily activity of the landscapers. They were great about not starting noisy equipment til about 8 but several members o f the crew had high pitched voices and talked non stop from 6:30 on..This unit is adjacent to the area where the landscapers have their work depot.

Large and lovely

My partner and I stayed four nights. We were initially concerned about the upkeep because when we walked in we saw overgrown plants in the entry way and dirt and rust stains that seemed due to neglect. That said, we quickly saw past those initial impressions. The property is really well stocked and very comfortable. It is also large. The downstairs living area is great for entertaining and family gatherings. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and dishes and other cooking tools. My parents (who were renting another VRBO property on Mauna Lani) said they liked our rental, and would check in to renting it.

Nice ML rental - good for 2 couples

This unit was very much as advertised, and served our group of 2 couples well. The 2 bedrooms have similar en-suite baths, and both have lanais. The kitchen is a bit dated, but was very functional and clean. The lanai area was a little grimy - suspect the gardeners came through after the cleaning had occurred, thus creating lots of dust that landed on the furniture. The prime feature of this unit was the lovely backyard - larger and a little more private than other units we’ve rented over the years. The development’s pool area was nice and not overly busy. Be aware that this development is one of the rare ones that doesn’t have a fitness center. The large and full-scale Mauna Lani center is a close walk away, however, and is fantastic (for a separate fee).
