A rare offering at Mauna Lani Terrace G201 is a spacious (C floor plan) furnished one-bedroom with two full baths. The second-floor location allows for the ocean, white water, and Maui views. The expansive lanai and wet bar are perfect for outdoor entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling mahogany shutters, teak cabinets, 9’3″ ceilings, built-in cabinets in the great room, and concrete construction for quiet between floors. Parking includes a one-car covered carport.

The bedroom space includes a king-size bed, smart TV, and a private entrance to the lanai. The convenient ensuite bathroom features two vanities, a shower, and a separate bathtub. There is a second full bathroom for easy access to the kitchen and great room if the pull-out sofa bed is needed.

The large open-concept living and dining room offer comfortable seating with modern Hawaiian décor and a large smart TV for streaming or other media. The living room sofa can be converted into a bed to accommodate two additional guests.

Renovations to the kitchen space were recently completed in May 2023. The open, bright kitchen has a new sink, cooktop, beautiful quartz countertops, a Sub Zero fridge, and all the tools needed to prepare a quick breakfast or a multi-course dinner. A new air conditioner was installed (Dec 2022), as was new lighting in the bedroom and dining room.

The property is stocked for the beach with beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards.

The on-site recreation facilities at the Terrace include a recently renovated 22' x 60' swimming pool, spa, gas barbecues, and picnic areas.

NEW for April 2025: We are pleased to offer our guests access to the Mauna Lani Sports Club, an off-site affiliate of the Auberge Hotel, offering tennis, pickleball, a 25-meter lap pool and fitness center. For clarity, this membership does not grant access to the Auberge Hotel and their on-site amenities.

All guests can exclusively use the Mauna Lani Private Beach Club at Makaiwa Bay, a short walk away through the adjacent fishpond trail. It provides a safe swimming and snorkeling experience, the Napua Restaurant, on-site beach attendants, cabanas, showers, and some of the best snorkeling on the Big Island. Lounge chairs and cabanas are provided, so you only need to pack beach towels and snorkel gear!

The Mauna Lani Resort offers world-class restaurants at both 5-star hotels, The Fairmont Orchid and The Auberge at Mauna Lani. The nearby Shops at Mauna Lani include Tommy Bahama's Restaurant and Boutique and several other dining opportunities, art galleries, gift shops, and Foodland Farms grocery store, which features a deli, bakery, meat, seafood, and fully stocked wine and cheese departments.

If you're a golf fanatic, tee off at one of the two Francis H. I'i Brown 18-hole courses within the resort or many others that span the Big Island, known as Hawaii's golf capital!
Also, there are many walking tours, helicopter rides, and zip line activities in the area, or you can easily organize an excursion to the top of Mauna Kea or Volcanoes National Park, where the famous Kilauea volcano is located. Take advantage of Waipio Valley's ancient Hawaiian heritage, waterfalls, and incredible vistas. Tour Kona's coffee country, where one of the world's best premium coffees is grown on the slopes of the Hualalai and Mauna Loa volcanoes.

Beautifully appointed, kitchen is new and well-stocked with non-perishable items. View of the lagoon is stunning. The lanai is especially inviting and lovely. The walk to pool and the beach is short. We highly recommend this unit and hope to come back.

Very well-appointed condo with an upgraded kitchen and new appliances. Great new TV as well. Easy walk to the best snorkel beach, tennis/pickle ball and restaurants at the Auberge. Communication with owners/property manager was excellent throughout the process. Would definitely book again for a one-bedroom condo with a view.

We have probably stayed at the Mauna Lani Terrace Condominiums at least 20 times. This unit was our favorite of all time. It was decorated beautifully but it was also set up the best. It had everything you could possibly want in terms of supplies, toys and comfort. The view was amazing and we are grateful to the owners for making the enitre process flawless. We very much hope to return year after year.

Great condo with an ocean view. Most complete amenities ever in our 8 or 9 stays in HI. Loved having 2 baths. Great lanai. Only downside was a bit hard to find after dark (first night). Bldg letters could be more prominently displayed. After that, perfect.

The unit has a partial ocean view over pond and pool. From the parking area, it’s a close walk and two sets of stairs to reach. The unit has been mostly updated and has a nice, spacious feel and large balcony. It was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels & snorkel gear for the beach. The beach is a 5 minute walk and the beach club cove area is a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed the proximity to the hotels and ate meals at all of them. The little shopping area is a quick drive or 10 minute walk and had good shops and restaurants also. Overall, it was a beautiful area and fun place to stay.

We had a great time at this property. The kitchen was newly remodeled, nice and well stocked for cooking in rather than dining out. The view is fantastic, seeing the ponds, pool and ocean from the lanai. The lanai also had nice outdoor furniture, where we had all our meals. We also left the sliding doors open at night to hear the ocean and feel the breeze. A key factor that brought me back from the first trip was how quiet it is. Even at mid-day the pool was nice and relaxing with only a few guests. I took multiple naps under the cabanas in the shade. I will be back again :)

Mauna Lani Terrace is an upscale condo project built around ancient historic fishponds next to the newly renovated hotel. This particular unit is very spacious and comfortable with a huge terrace and dead-on views of Maui. The 9'+ ceilings and rock-solid construction mean you don't hear any neighbors at all. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Washer and dryer are older but serviceable. Bathroom is huge (especially for a condo) and there's a second 3/4 bathroom off of the entry hall (which became my "beach" bathroom). Would've stayed longer if it'd been available!

G201 is such a great fit for us, that we booked it again for 2024. We especially enjoyed the comfortable furniture on the lanai. We had trouble figuring out how to watch Apple TV, but we got it. Property manager was easy to communicate with, I’m sure she would have helped with the TV, if we had needed it. The mattress & sheets were amazingly comfortable. We didn’t see boogie boards or beach chairs anywhere but we didn’t care, and there was a good supply of nice beach towels. This was our second visit to the terraces. We love the location, the walkability to the beach club (& hotel for lunch), the pool is never crowded, the grounds are nicely maintained, and it’s quiet & peaceful.

This unit did not disappoint! I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to wake up every morning, pull open the wood shutters and see the view of the ocean, fishpond and palm trees. We spent a lot of our time on the lanai - super comfortable lounge chairs and seating. The unit is spacious and the owner has done some nice upgrades including comfy sofa for tv watching and bed in the master bedroom. We loved the built-in cupboards and wood trim throughout - the unit is older but when it was constructed it was high end and that still comes across. The unit had everything and more that we could need - shampoos, dish detergent, laundry items, basic food stuffs, towels for the beach, beach chairs, etc. Our communication with the owner/property managers went smoothly and they were great to deal with. The proximity of The Terraces to other spots of the Mauna Lani Resort (the Fairmont, Auberge, Napua Restaurant, The Shops, etc.) was ideal. We had a rental car but also walked the shoreline to get to the other resorts which was easy and opened up more restaurant options for us. We have been to the Big Island a number of times but the first time to the Terraces which is now a favourite. My only desire at this spot was if there was a fitness centre on-site although I know I could have used the Mauna Lani Resort one for a fee. Outside of the unit, we did the usual - time spent at Hapuna, Beach 69, Mauna Kea, Kekaha Kai state park, etc. We noted that at Hapuna they have closed the in-person gate security at the front only to replace with one (only one!) parking meter. Line ups over Memorial week was about 30 minutes just to get a ticket. And they have increased the fee from $10 to now include a $5 per person charge. This new system was extremely slow and not user friendly. One reason to enjoy the Ocean Club at Mauna Lani even more which is included with your stay in the unit! Napua Restaurant was fantastic - lunch and dinner - we had great meals and service each time. We ordered the best banana cream pie from Karen (server at Napua) through @cafe.delights - she and her daughter started baking during covid. The Ube crinkle Cookies and banana bread are also supreme. Groceries were easy to come by at the Woodland, Queen's Market and Waikoloa town, etc. Shopping is limited due to covid but slowly the stores are opening back up for more restaurant choices soon. Loved our stay here and love the Big Island!

The condo was lovely and was really well-stocked. We did by basic groceries, but the kitchen had olive oil, salt, pepper and spices and a full range of kitchen equipment (including baking pans!) and sharp knives! It's a very short walk to the Mauna Lani hotel with its restaurants and to a lovely, sheltered beach. The pool is well set up and everything is very, very clean. There's a Foodland in the complex (2 minute drive) and it's a very short drive to the lovely white sand beach at Hapuna state park. We came in at night and had to search a little to find the right building, but that was the only thing that was trouble.

The condo is in an excellent location, walking distance to the Mauna Lani Beach Club and the Auberge Hotel. We particularly enjoyed the back patio overlooking the fish ponds and more distant view of the ocean.
