Mauna Lani Terrace H 102 has it all.... it is the closest middle unit to the ocean, with ocean views from every room. Direct access across the lawn to the warm pool, spa, sauna, BBQ and entertainment area is perfect for children and families.

The Villa has 9'6' high ceilings, solid mahogany shutters in every room, teak cabinets, 3 separate lanais and a wet bar, marble counters in bathrooms, spacious bedrooms and great room.

The views are fabulous through the palm trees, past the ponds to the blue Pacific and the evening sunsets. The feeling is one of classic old Hawaii with filled with tranquility and outstanding beauty.

A beautiful short stroll to the south under the palm trees along the ocean to Mauna Lani's favorite Beach Club for sunning, diving, snorkeling, sailing, kayaking, whale watching. A similar stroll to the north to the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel restaurants and bars for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Wonderful Location and Owner!

The perfect location near the beach and pool! Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need! Lots of snorkel gear and beach towels. The owner is very responsive and check in is a breeze! We have stayed with Phil before and will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Loved this dreamy unit!

We had the BEST time staying in this incredible unit. Steps from the water, it had the most dramatic views of the ocean. Super clean! Comfy beds! And the host was very helpful. We would highly recommend this gorgeous unit to all. Thank you for such a special stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved every minute of our stay. Spacious, clean and serene with lovely views and so conveniently close to the pool. Yes, we were here in early October so it was quiet, but it seems the whole property respects a general air of calm and quiet. Beautiful pool and beach! Would definitely return!

Owner of this unit takes pride in his place, everything was maintained perfectly and unit is fully stocked. Attention to detail, providing plenty of back-up soap, shampoo, even sunscreen. Chairs and umbrella and snorkle gear the beach! Lovely fruit gift basket upon arrival. Location is ideal.

Great place to stay!

This property is in a great location - walking distance to a private beach and restaurant in addition to the restaurants offered at the Mauna Lani Hotel and a very short drive to the shops. The view from the lanai is beautiful and it’s one of the few units that has comfortable outdoor seating to soak up the ocean view. You will have just a 30 second walk to the pool! It’s incredibly well stocked and Phil was so helpful. Definitely recommend!

Lovely Condo

Very much enjoyed the condo at Mauna Lani Terrace. Unit was well equipped and there was a lovely gift basket when we arrived. We walked everyday on the numerous walking trails, swam in the pool and at the beach and enjoyed the lanai morning and evening with coffee or glass of wine. I would highly recommend this unit and we are already talking about a return visit.

Great location but could use update

The set up and location of this property was fantastic. Quick walk to resort and Beach Club. Easy pool access. Property manager was helpful and quick to respond to an issue with the 1/2 bath upon arrival, but it was unusable for our entire stay. She was very accomodating with a late check out due to our significantly delayed flight. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Overall the layout of the unit was great for our family of 4. And, the unit was well stocked with laundry, dishsoap, paper products and beach gear. Furnishings were clean and comfortable. However, the bathrooms were very dated and the master shower had mildew. Would be the perfect rental with updates.

Excellent condo with great location

We loved our stay in this unit close to the beautifully re-done pool area. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed for the beach including chairs, boogie boards, fins, umbrellas etc. We look forward to staying here again.

Mauna Lani delight

We enjoyed this Mauna Lani Terrace condo very much. It was steps from the pool and has a huge lanai that was furnished perfectly. Walking around the fish ponds was delightful and walking out to sunset was a must each evening. We would definitely rent this property again.

View across the ponds to the ocean are spectacular

Just my husband and I here this quiet early December week. Wonderful ground level condo, nicely appointed, very easy walk to beach. Pool steps away. Enjoyed breakfast and cocktails everyday on the lanai. Plenty of room for 2 couples or a family.
