Your Tropical Oasis!! Please come enjoy what we believe is one of the best located units in Mauna Lani Fairways. Total privacy!!

No Lanai facing yours, no building right next door. No road outside your door or windows. Peek-a-boo views of the Mountain, and the golf course from the Master Lanai. Lanai is truly covered, not baked in the sun all day long. But the sun is right there if you want to roll the lounges out onto the grass.

Tastefully decorated with just about every amenity you could want. (read our 100% 5 star reviews) We want you to enjoy your stay and leave the details to us. The beds have luxury linens with a 3" gel foam pad on the master King size bed. The guest room can be made up as Twin XL beds or a King, also with gel foam pads for luxury comfort.

If there are 6 of you, we have a high quality electrically inflated blow up Queen bed complete with luxury linens, extra pillows and lovely bedding. Your complete comfort is our goal.

Our on-line guest book will provide you with every possible detail you could need for your stay from directions to our complex, to gate and door codes, Fairways complex details like pool hours, house rules, etc., and details about the unit to help get you settled. We've included links to restaurants, shopping, beaches, grocery, spas, golf, tennis, and more.

The garage is fully stocked with a couple of bikes, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, ice chest and more.

You will have access to the Owners Beach Club (4 min drive) as well as an easy walk to the amazing lagoon beach at the Fairmont Orchid. (8 min walk) Both of these beaches have awesome snorkeling. Stroll the grounds of the Fairmont Orchid with ponds, waterfalls, and amazing lush landscapes not to mention the ocean views and lovely beach walk path.

Golf? Yep!! There are 7 courses within 8 miles of the Fairways. Tennis? Yep!! Over 12 courts within walking distance. Boogie boarding? Yep!! Hapuna Beach is some of the best boogie boarding in Hawaii. (and one of the reasons we picked the Big Island...what can I say...I love to boogie board) The owners beach is literally some of the best snorkeling anywhere, with turtles and in season the whales make a daily appearance. This is truly a tropical paradise.

Wonderful Getaway

We loved our time at the condo. It was well appointed with all of the kitchen supplies we could need, and so many fun beach items to take to the beach club. The beach wagon came in so handy.

This is a well appointed property and is exactly as advertised. Everything was very clean and well organized. The electronic "welcome book" was super helpful to get quickly oriented. The owners were quick with communication. Overall a really great property if you are a family with kids or 2 couples. We'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderfully equipped getaway

Our family has spent vacations at multiple properties throughout the area, including one in the very same building at Fairways, and this was the most well equipped, private and hassle free condo we’ve rented. The beach gear was in good shape and had everything we needed (the beach wagon is life!). The condo was comfortable. Communication was extremely easy and responsive. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect Vacation

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo. The private beach access was the highlight—perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply relaxing by the water. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The complex was peaceful, with a pool and hot tub for extra relaxation. The location was ideal. The best trip! Already want to come back!

We had an incredible experience staying at this condo on the Big Island. The unit was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, from beach gear to kitchen essentials. The location was ideal—tucked away in a quiet area, offering a lot of privacy, but still close to great restaurants, golf, and beautiful beaches. We loved the pool and hot tub area, and access to the private beach was a huge plus! The owners have truly gone above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need, even things we hadn’t thought to bring. Communication was seamless, and check-in was smooth. This place felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return!

Drop dead fabulous condo

This condo is located in a very secluded part of Mauna Lani, where the lanai faces a wonderful private forest loaded with birdsong and other small wildlife. The owner has provided everything necessary for a great beach vacation. Best VRBO we have ever stayed at by a wide margin.

I was pleasantly surprised by this condo. The photos do not do it justice. The furnishings were beautiful and in new condition. It is in a great location, being just down the road from the Fairmont Hotel. You can't go wrong staying here.........highly recommended!!

Excellent property

This rental is in a very desirable location, and is very well equipped. We loved it’s easy access to the beach and nearby shopping/groceries. The only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance until the last few days of our stay. This was a minor setback with access to the Beach Club. The unit was very clean and well equipped! Thanks so much for having us!

Paradise found

This rental went beyond the description. Super private. We never saw or heard any neighbors during our week plus stay, even though we were surrounded by other owners and guests. The owner has the unit well stocked with just about anything you need. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. Large, extremely clean and not crowded. The beach had free cabanas and a great restaurant which we enjoyed. You can't go wrong with this rental.

Perfect and Private

We loved Ashley's place! So well appointed - hotel-like, even. With all the beach & family stuff you could want. The private garden/lanai was perfect. It's so secluded from the streetlights, windows, etc that it allows for wonderful stargazing and was a sheltered place for our toddler to walk around. The owner's beach is great for littles .. and for cocktails. Don't miss the eel pond! All walkable to the grocery store & the restaurants at the Fairmont. PERFECT.

Wonderful unit, exceptionally appointed!

This unit is in a private location in a very nice complex. We travel a lot, and I have never stayed in a place that was so much like home...everything you could ever want or need is there. It is clean, neat and attractively decorated. It is within walking distance of the beach and the Mauna Lani resort. There are nice restaurants close by, and the pool area within the complex is very nice. It comes with many amenities for beach use, 2 bicycles, snorkle gear, etc, etc. We will definitely stay there again. Make your reservation way in advance, as it is very popular!

Beautiful - Well Equipped – Great Location

We would definitely stay here again. This place has it all. The kitchen has everything you could need. We liked the built in BBQ and sink outside in the private backyard. The garage is loaded with beach, pool and outdoor gear, including coolers, chairs, snorkel gear, bikes… Comfortable furniture, Air Conditioning, Multiple nice TVs. The area is perfect too. The grounds are really nice. Great pool and hot tub that were never crowded. Close to shopping, beaches, hiking. We caught a free fire show at the shops in the community and the owners beach is amazing. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Best Place on Big Island

This is the best condo we ever stayed at. Usually, our vacation starts out with shopping for the condo and the beach activities. We decided to wait until we checked in to see what we might need. Other than food, everything was there! Incredible! The unit is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The complex is quiet, the pool hardly had anyone. There were nights that we were the only ones at the pool. The beach club at Mauna Lani is the best spot for calm waters and snorkeling. We are looking forward to renting this unit again in the future. It is truly a home away from home in paradise.
