This home has three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a new king-sized bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and separate entrance to the back porch.

The primary bathroom has a double vanity, soaker tub, large walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. Pack n play is also provided for smaller guests.

The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and smart TV.

The third bedroom has two triple bunkbeds (6 twins), a kid's dream! It is next to the second bathroom which has double vanities and a shower/tub combo.

The full kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and cooking tools you need to enjoy meals at home and there is seating available for everyone in the dining area.

The living room has a large sectional, smart TV, games, and there is fast WiFi for everyone to connect. There is also a desk area available for remote work or study.

Feel free to use the washer and dryer during your stay as well as the pool towels for our community pool and spa!

The backyard has a brand new hot tub, grill, firepit, and seating so you can enjoy the views of the red cliffs and do some star gazing.

Neighborhood amenities include an outdoor pool (open seasonally), an indoor pool and spa (open year-round), a fitness center, clubhouse/gameroom, and a brand new park with a playground and pickleball court!

Kanab is situated just South of Bryce Canyon National Park, East of Zion National Park, North of the Grand Canyon North Rim, and West of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. The Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park and Jackson-Flat Reservoir are also nearby. With hiking trails, slot canyons, mountain biking, and countless ATV trails there is something for everyone to enjoy!

Please be aware that there are very strict CC&R’s established in this neighborhood. If any of the community rules are broken there will be a daily fine for each day of infraction. Fines can be anywhere between $100- $500.

Community Rules for La Estancia:
- Daily clubhouse cleaning from 8AM- 9AM. The clubhouse is closed during this hour to ensure sanitation and undisturbed time for cleaner.
- There is no parking on the street. You are welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage.
- ATV’s must be parked in the garage.
- No parties or events are to be held in any of the houses.
- Tenants may not invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community.
