Coral Cliff View is a home nestled in the amazing vistas of Kanabs Toms Canyon.

A 3 bedroom 2 bath home, furnished with King and 2 Queen beds, 1 Queen and King bedroom also have TV's in the rooms. The only smart TV is in the living room with a Bose sound system. The King has its own bathroom with a Large and spacious tub and Huge tile shower with a tile seat in the corner. The master bed room also has a door that goes onto the patio to enjoy the early morning sunrise. Enjoy the view from the comfortable reclining chairs looking out the large pane windows facing the cliffs. The master bath room has a spacious walk in shower and a large soak tub.
There is a great patio with outdoor table with four cushioned chairs and two more comfortable chairs for dining and enjoyment of the beautiful views of the coral mountains. A gas fire pit to keep warm and roast marshmallows and a gas grill for a steak or hamburger fry during the cool evenings.
There is a city pool with lazy river and slides a few blocks away during summer months. The club house is also a few blocks away and a small indoor and out side pool is available. Please follow the rules.
For those that love to hike and see the views up front, hiking trails are less than a block away taking you up Toms Canyon. For those that love the thrill of 4 wheeling, Hogs canyon and the pink coral sand dunes are just minutes away. Kanab is a quiet and cute little town known as Little Hollywood where many Westerns and TV shows were filmed.
Down town Kanab is a fun little town to walk through and read about all the stars that were in films of that area.
The Old TV show, Gun Smoke was filmed in Johnson Canyon near by and the set is still standing and fun to drive to and see.
It is the gateway to North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Zions National Park, Lake Powell, Grand Staircase National Monument and close to Bryce Canyon. Saint George is only one hour and 15 min away. On your way to Saint George, Pipe Springs Fort is a great stop to see the history of the area and the old Fort is fun to walk through.

Perfect rental!!
The home is very, very comfortable. It is updated and the listing is very accurate. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. Do not hesitate to rent this property!! Excellent choice and convenient to north rim of the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park and numerous other attractions.

Lovely Place

Great stay in Kanab!
We've stayed at many VRBOs with our family over the years and this is definitely one of the better homes. It had plenty of room for our family of 5 to relax, eat dinner, and sleep well. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen is super well-stocked, which I appreciate having stayed in rentals which are lacking basic cooking utensils. The a/c was great, as were the ceiling fans in each room. There's no master closet, so we had to use our kids' rooms, but it wasn't an issue for us. Just mentioning it in case you're expecting that. The master bathroom is HUGE and we loved it! Lovely backdoor patio, great neighborhood - we felt safe, and it was super close to the local grocery store and downtown restaurants.

Destination wedding in Kanab
We had never heard of Kanab when our nephew invited us to enjoy their love of the outdoors at his wedding in June. We loved the convenient location, split bedroom layout and cleanliness of this cozy home! Such a quiet neighborhood in a friendly little town. Perfect space for 4-6 people; ideal for four of us adults! The outdoor space and weather were great for morning coffee or evening star-gazing. Fantastic base camp for our many adventures within a few minutes to 2 hours away, so we didn’t have a chance to use the grill, fire pit, and TVs that were available to us. Will definitely consider staying in this area again. Highly recommend!

this was my 4th stay in a Coral cliffs area property. Layout the same in all 4. The other 3 properties included use of the garage for parking. This one did not. Also, for some reason the master bedroom closet was not accessible.Locked. Other than these two issues, this property is on par with others

We absolutely loved this house. It was so nice and clean, and the view from the backyard was beautiful. We visited Zion, North Rim of Grand Canyon, and Bryce Canyon - this was a perfect central location to stay.

Great Utah property!
The house was perfect! Great location, clean, well stocked and the owner Curt was easy to work with and communicate with. Kanab is a great area to explore and hike and not too far from both Zion and Bryce. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It's near a dog park, but only a few dogs showed up daily, so there wasn't really any noise or issues. Would highly recommend! 5+ stars!

We stayed a week in Kanab as a base for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon. This was a great location for us. Would have also visited Grand Canyon North Rim but was not open during our trip. The house was super clean and the neighborhood was quiet. It was great to have such a nice place to come back to in the evenings, Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

We had so much fun exploring the entire region. We hiked Grand Staircase, The North Rim, Bryce and Zion. It was so nice to come back to a very comfortable, clean house in a great location. The dog park behind the house was fun entertainment while we drank our morning coffee.

Fabulous!
Absolutely beautiful home. We have done many vrbos and this home was by far 1 of the best!! Location to parks great! Home was clean, nicely furnished, well equipped and so comfortable. Slept well in comfy beds. We actually flipped a coin for the master bed room (I lost!!). Enjoyed the outside patio. Neighborhood very quiet. Definitely recommend and will keep for next visit! This house had everything...beautiful view, all the accommodations any family could ask for, felt like a new build model home. They thought of every possible thing you would need for a visit. Location is easily drivable to a bunch of attractions, Zion, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon, Lone Rock Beach, Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, etc. You will not be disappointed in this house. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.
