The condo was in a great location. Kanab is a lovely little town. Close by to hiking trails and National parks. The owners keep everything in tip-top shape. Readily available for questions regarding the area. We enjoyed staying there for our 1st visit out west. Beautiful country!

Fantastic place

This is such a wonderful place to stay. The location is brilliant - right close to so many great hikes. Zion National Park is pretty close too. Page is not far either - so lots of options to explore. Randy and Laurie are great hosts. The house was immaculate - with great amenities. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Randy and Laurie to help us enjoy a great vacation in southern Utah!

Great trip to Utah

Great trip to Utah with an old friend from high school. Kanab is the perfect central location to visit Zion, Bryce, & North Rim. The condo was as described, kitchen with all you need, beds clean and comfortable (although pillow a little hard). The carpeting on the stairs could use a cleaning - that's the only reason for the four stars for cleanliness - everything else was spotless. Over all a good base for our travels. Would stay here again.

This place was the perfect place for us to stay to visit Bryce Canyon and Zion. We had plenty of plates, silverware, and cups. All appliances worked, and we felt at home. I have stayed at this location before and said if i ever visited Utah again, I would stay here, and we did.

Perfect for out night in Kanab

The place was clean, and the beds were very comfortable! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. It was quiet at night, which was important to me as a ligjt sleeper. The hot tub enticed us to try this listing, but we ended up not even having time to use it. We had some trouble locating the place at first given the map link on the listing did not take us to the exact location, but the hosts returned my call within five minutes and helped us find the place. The only small downside: the toilet in the downstairs bathroom flushes rather sluggishly. Overall, fabulous stay. Thanks!

Loved Kanab

Great unit and close to the pool for a swim after a long day of hiking. The unit was very clean. Great set up for a family of 4 or if you had 3 couples. Having the lower bathroom was great to clean up when getting back. Our kids liked eating out on the patio. The AC was really nice this time of year and they had it at a very comfortable setting. There was a cooler to use and the ice and water in the fridge worked well. We definitely will share this unit with friends and would love to come back. We also used the city pool and could easily walk there. The kids (9/7) loved it!! Open swim 12-5 with a park next door.

Kanab Condo

Very impressed, It is a 3 bedroom condo with 2 full baths, 1 up(jack and jill) and the other on the main floor with a large shower. Ample seating at the table for eveyone if you take the time to cook. There could have been more seating in the living room. We did have two problems but those were rectified by Chris bringing the needed equipment. There is an electronic lock that must be WIFI as Chris said he needed to replace the Batteries before we'd get locked out. So I do believe he monitors this property closely. Cleanliness was definitely evident at this property. We would stay here again. So if you are looking for a great place with a swimming pool, exercise area and hot tub, this is the place.
