This brand-new, beautiful home is part of the Sunflower Skies property--a private 8-acre bit of vacationing heaven that offers guests generous amenities such as a fenced, solar-panel-heated salt water pool, pickleball courts, a children's play area (complete with a swing set, sandbox, and play kitchen), a gas fire pit with chairs, and a pavilion with six picnic tables--not to mention dark, starry skies, amazing sunsets, and a peaceful, beautiful desert environment.
The Horseshoe Bend can comfortably sleep ten adults (between six beds) and one infant. It has two master bedrooms with attached baths and one bunk room (spacious full-over-full bunk beds) also with its own bath. Both of the master bedrooms offer a smart TV and king-sized beds. One of the masters also provides a work space. There is also a half-bath off of the living room for even more convenience.
If you are traveling with little ones, we also have a pack & play, high chair, step-stool for reaching the sink, and plastic dishes. It is also good to note that there are no steps up into the house or throughout the house for those with mobility considerations.
The house is well-stocked and decorated. The kitchen is also fully-stocked and ready for all of your cooking or baking needs. A lot of love and consideration was extended to guests through the planning process. A washer and dryer are available in the home for guests' use. The huge and plentiful windows make it a light and airy space--not to mention the beautiful views outside. The living area has a 75" smart TV. There is a small, fully-fenced private yard with a barbecue grill and outdoor lounging and dining furniture for your use and relaxation. The red-rock and starry-sky views are better experienced than described!
Guests have private access to the house, parking area, and backyard. Access to the common recreation area (pool, playground, pickle ball, etc.) is shared.
Kaitlin, the co-host, will be available through text, call, and in-person if necessary.
This home is in a new neighborhood about 5 miles east of town where the skies are dark and the stars very visible.
As is the case with most wide-open desert territory, you will need a vehicle to get around. There is plenty of parking near the home.
Common mapping technologies don't yet recognize the address to this new neighborhood, so please pay attention to the directions you receive from the host.
No eating/drinking outside kitchen/dining areas. No drunkenness. No shoes on the rugs. No setting towels/linens on the floors (red dirt isn't kind to white linens)--use racks/hooks and the hamper in laundry room & master closet. Thank you!
