"I have one more night and I could stay here for a few more at least. Next time will book for a little longer. Food is excellent, staff very accommodating and attentive, rooms are comfortable and the property is very peaceful with wonderful views of the mounta"

"Disappointing stay with multiple issues:
Unannounced Construction: Severe, disruptive construction noise inside the hotel every day from 9 AM to 5 PM that was never disclosed prior to booking.
False Advertising & Financial Loss: The advertised fitness facility does not exist. I lost money on a pre-booked virtual gym session because of this, and the hotel refused to reimburse the cost.
Poor Service: Room service was unaccommodating and required multiple reminders to get food...
