Agato was a great host and so accommodating. We came at a time where there was a typhoon, and he was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The place is so clean and beautiful, I absolutely loved the pool and the view, the shower and bed were amazingly comfortable. I would come here again and recommend it to anyone.

View was great. It would be until someone purchase the land in front of this building tho. Unlike staying at the regular hotel, we enjoyed Cooking when we didnāt feel like to dine out. So far only thing we didnāt like was their bed. Mattress was so hard and we both woke up screaming sore. Also recommend to bring your own cables if you wanna watch Netflix on screen tv.

We just loved the Wisteria! View of the sea, laundry, kitchen and everything was just clean and perfect. The staff was very friendly and funny and lent us bikes. We saw so much more with the bikes. We watched the sunset and had a wonderful time. The beds are perfect!

The service is really good, all staff are friendly and attentive. The buffet was also great for kids and adults too.
The swimming pool wasnāt good at all. It is clean and safe but also plain and boring. The pool isnāt a vacation pool, they donāt have any props, pipes, slides, inflatables or even floats for kids. The water wasnāt warm at all, not a big difference with swimming in the sea.
The pool doesnāt match the concept of the hotel. It was more of a gymās pool than a family resort type.

Beautiful, quite, and majestic property. Loved our stay filled with excellent food, pool time and relaxation. Staff was professional, friendly and responsive. Stayed 3 nights, 1 adult and 3 young kids. Would love to return some day!

Shibata-san at the front desk was so very nice and helpful. Her English was excellent and she explained everything we needed from how to use the key pads to enter our room, to where to park to her recommendations for where to eat.

We stayed in the Green room. The ocean was visibly from the balcony door. The room itself was very nice with great space to move around and relax. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property is next to a Hawaiian food restaurant run by the same family with very tasty food. It was also close to many attractions and other food places.

The Service was impeccable and friendly. We were welcomed and provided refreshments and enjoyed the bbq and sukiyaki on two evenings in our suite. The thoughtful items provided made going to the beach enjoyable and relaxing as well. Highly recommend.
